In Studio mode, the right hand panel is the "Program" output, the left is the "Preview" output. This brings up the Set Up Show dialog box that you can see in Figure 2, below. If you are using a very old version of PowerPoint, you can choose the Slide Show Set Up Show menu option. Access the Slide Show tab of the Ribbon, and click the Set Up Slide Show button. If I select one of them, I get a fullscreen window on the display I selected that include only the contents of the program window, with no UI elements. If both displays show the exact same contents at all times, you may need to turn off "Mirror mode" in System Preferences->Displays menu so they have different contents. They are not set to mirror each other, so I can drag windows to and from either display.
